Available in Standard or 3G. Made of tough polypropylene geotextile fabric with vinyl edging with steel chain inserted all around for ballast. This keeps the protector down even in high winds without stakes. These track protectors resist and cushion against cleats, shoes, and wheeled equipment, and are the solution for facilities that must ensure high-traffic sections of a track do not become worn out.

Enka: Three-dimensional matrix manufactured of heavy nylon monofilament fused at their intersections and combined with a “flat” two-dimensional layer on the bottom. 95% of the geomatrix is open and available for the flow of water, air, resin and foam. Weight: 10oz./sq./yd. Thickness 9mm, 80% strength retention.

Vipol® Matrix Mesh: Fabric & Construction: 1,000 denier x 800 denier (18 x 14 ends/inch). 10oz./sq. yd. 78% Shading. Tensile Strength: 360 x 320 lbs.

Perimeter Vinyl: 18oz./sq. yd. fully COATED vinyl on base fabric scrim of 1,000 denier x 1,300 denier polyester. Fabric meets following tests: Tear Strength Tests: Warp 100 lbs., Fill 100 lbs., Grab Tensile Strength: Warp 410 lbs., Fill 410 lbs., Weft Insertion: 18 x 17. Vinyl compounded with UV inhibitors and mold inhibitors. Cold Crack: Minus 40 degrees F°.
