Position Overview

The Sales Support Representative will support AER-FLO Customers and Sales team by facilitating quote requests, general product information inquiries and custom design and logo mock ups to assist in achieving companies annual sales targets.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Completing accurate and timely quotes for dealer and end user customers upon request from the customers or sales team members.
  • Coordinate with CAD Team to complete custom designs and sign-offs for customers prior to orders being completed.
  • Customer follow up, directly or through sales rep, on general requests for product information, lead times or custom capabilities.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of product limitations to effectively communicate with customers and sales team members on production options.
  • Be the expert in system configuration tools to efficiently put together quotes and continue to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Join calls with sales reps and customers to gather details on large, complex requests to accurately provide mock ups and quotes.
  • Work well independently.

 To perform the job successfully, an individual should be able to demonstrate the competencies or have attained the skill levels listed below: 

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in sales or customer service configuring quotes and estimates.
  • Customer minded – Ability to view a situation from a customer perspective and make decisions that will provide a suitable result for both the customer and the business.

  • Interact with sales and operations leaders to develop best practices to grow business. 
  • Microsoft Office Applications – Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
