New state-of-the-art Headquarters

We have enhanced our capacity to deliver cutting-edge solutions, along with the expansion of our facility. Aer-Flo Sports has recently inaugurated a state-of-the-art facility in Lincoln, Alabama, spanning 100,000 square feet. This new facility consolidates our operations in a single location, encompassing design, manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, and customer service.

This location serves as a warehouse and distribution center, as well as the company’s manufacturing hub for custom windscreens, field padding, tarps, and other sports padding and protectors. Moreover, it proudly houses Aer-Flo’s industry-leading digital print capabilities, alongside the skilled engineers and CAD professionals responsible for creating and developing our innovative products.

Overseeing the facility is Dwayne Dark, the General Manager, who expressed, “The unparalleled adaptability and versatility of this facility make us exceptionally proud. It stands as one of the largest facilities of its kind in the United States. We eagerly anticipate hosting numerous visitors on-site, as we now possess the capability to hold customer events at our location.”

With the potential to more than double our physical space in the coming years, providing ample room for expanding our capabilities and technologies, Aer-Flo’s future shines particularly bright.
